Row 34 is a vibrant, high-energy neighborhood oyster bar with locations in Boston, Cambridge, Burlington, MA, and Portsmouth, NH. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service and an unforgettable dining experience, and we're looking for an experienced leader  to  guide the dynamic team at our Portsmouth location.

Row 34 Portsmouth is in search of a General Manager.

This management position will invest heavily in Row 34’s service, hourly and management teams as well as, the overall operations of the restaurant. The General Manager will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine (CDC) to ensure service and food standards are met or exceeded and that the restaurant performs at the highest level.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to set clear goals, drive results, and implement effective growth strategies.
  • Commitment to fostering a dynamic, fun, and inclusive culture.
  • Eagerness to learn, teach, and mentor others.
  • Comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges.
  • Professional, confident, and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.

Salary is competitive ($80K - $90K), plus an industry-leading comprehensive benefits package including:
  • Quarterly bonus program (equal to 10% of salary) based on restaurant specific goals
  • 2 Weeks Paid Vacation - Annually (increases to 3 weeks at year 3, 4 weeks at year 7)
